David has been active in the consumer marketing world for over 30 years. He began his career at the international research company, A.C. Neilsen, before turning to communications. In 25 years with Leo Burnett, where he became an Executive Vice President and Client Services Director, David gained experience with, and insight into, every area of communications. He has successfully led programs for many high profile, strategically driven, national and international clients including Bell, Pepsi Cola, Kellogg’s, P&G, Pillsbury Green Giant, VISA, Nintendo, Wrigley, Carter-Horner and Signature Vacations.

David well understands the need to, first, understand the issues facing the targeted consumers and, second, speak to them in their language.
A graduate of the Ontario College of Art (now OCAD), Judy began her agency career at Ronald Reynolds (now FCB) and Bates before joining Leo Burnett where she became a VP, Creative. Working there with Lynda as a senior creative team for ten years, Judy shares responsibility for successful campaigns in television, print and outdoor for multinational companies including Pepsico, Beatrice, Kellogg’s, Visa and Cathay Pacific. S., TAB and the Toronto Heart Health Partnership. In addition to her creative work, Judy is now also training the next generation of advertising practitioners. In 2004 she joined the faculty of Mohawk College where she is currently teaching courses in Advanced Art Direction, Portfolio Development and Career Management, Introduction to Advertising and Campaign Development.
